BackBye is a personal utility that helps you track return deadlines, receipts, labels, tracking numbers, refunds, and warranties. You agree to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the purchase, receipt, deadline, label, tracking, refund, and warranty information you enter or share into BackBye.

BackBye helps you track return windows you have saved. Whether a specific retailer accepts a return is up to that retailer's policies. BackBye does not guarantee any return will be accepted.

BackBye lets you track refund status you have entered. BackBye does not process refunds and cannot guarantee a refund will be approved or paid.

BackBye does not create shipping labels. You can upload an existing return label, save a tracking number, and follow return progress in the app.

You are responsible for checking the return policy of the retailer you purchased from. Return windows and conditions vary by retailer and category.

BackBye may add, change, or remove features over time. Paid features may be introduced in the future and will be clearly identified before purchase.
